I designed this flower with Cheery Lynn's new "Build A Flower Die".
What fun it was!!!

$100 Prize package from Cheery Lynn that you can win!

"Build A Flower" Blog Hop

Today I am participating in a blog hop for Joan's Gardens to introduce to you to a new series of Flower dies from Cheery Lynn called "Build A Flower #1". These dies are Cheery Lynn exclusive flower building dies that Selma helped design; they include flower petals, flower bases, leaves, and different types of stamens. Cheery Lynn will be releasing more "Build A Flower" sets in the future to build a wide variety of flowers. All Cheery Lynn dies can be purchased from Joan's Gardens.
I am very happy to join seven other very talented ladies who are participating in this blog hop. Cheery Lynn Designs is the sponsor and has donated a fantastic prize package with a value of $100. All the guest designers were sent a set of the "Build A Flower #1" dies and we have posted cards today showing different flowers we created using these dies. We hope to give you a lot of inspiration to "build" your own flowers.

Would you like to win that $100 gift package from Cheery Lynn? All you have to do is be a subscriber to both Joan and Selma’s blogs and visit each blog in this hop, including Joan and Selma's blogs, and leave a comment. A winner will be selected to win the $100 prize package from comments left on one of the blogs - it will be a random selection.
From here you need to go to Joan's Gardens and leave your comment and if you haven't subscribed to her blog, you can do that then.

Thinking of You!

Thinking of You!
Welcome to my garden of paper petals. Nothing makes happier than giving a card to someone who treasures it. A friend of mine loves the color purple, so for her birthday, I made her a card with a large purple mum as the center, with light colored purple daisies, some dark purple flowers for depth, and some baby's breath as filler. My friend just loved the card, and has it showcased in a shadow box from Michael's. She couldn't wait to show me what she had done. Imagine my surprise when I walked into her family room, and there on the wall was my card hanging up on the wall. It looks beautiful! I hope you all enjoy it!

More to come ......

I am very new at this blog business, and it has taken me much longer than I anticipated to post my information, so please bear with me, as this "garden" is a definite work in progress!

Paper Hugs,

Deb
